Module 1: Additional Intermediate level exercises are taught and Teachers learn to refine transitions and monitor static and transitional body alignment.
Course Prerequisites:
Successful completion of Level 1
Completion of interim hours
Current CPR/AED & First Aid certification recommended

Module 2: Continue progressing through the Intermediate Pilates exercises and learn the Intermediate Chairs & Barrels. Teachers build more knowledge upon the skills learned in Level I.

Module 3: Level II Comprehensive Assessment includes a Full Session Technique Assessment, Group Tower Teaching Assessment and Exercise Technique Assessment. A Peak Pilates® Level II Certification is awarded to instructors who pass all of these Level II assessments and complete 60 logged hours.
